Game Highlights 50.0: St. Louis Blues beat Edmonton Oilers 6-3

The Edmonton Oilers continue to teeter-totter, as they’ve gone loss-win-loss-win-loss since coming out of the All-Star Break. They kicked off a three-game road trip on Thursday with a 6-3 loss to the St. Louis Blues and looked much more like the team we saw start poorly in October and November than the one that was unbeatable in January.
Below are the highlights from the game.

The Oilers appeared to open the scoring early in the first period but the goal was waved off because of goaltender interference by Corey Perry.
The Blues wound up grabbing the first lead of the game a few minutes later when Robert Thomas finally buried a shot past Stuart Skinner after he stopped a few other chances.

That was the only lead the Oilers would have throughout the game, as the Blues took over in the second period. Early in the second, former Edmonton Oil King Jake Neighbours knotted the game at 2-2.
