Maybe a bit steep on the Kassian deal but I mean we need that money so glad deal got done. Really think we are lucking out with Keith retiring and Smith going to LTIR. As for the picks I don’t know shit about these kids outside of what Twitter tells me so no issue there.

Kane #1 Reimer cause skinner could be a $6 mil goalie but will not know. Need cheaper now. Load up on forwards. Use Bako on D
I'm not really concerned much about the picks we chose. Don't expect much there, but more focused on this team in the present. Moving Kassian without taking any money back was great. Keith retirement a huge help, and also a surprise. Still lots of work for Holland to do.

I think Edmonton did well, kass trade may have been an overpayment by one pick, dunc retiring is a God send, hes in the hall first ballot. The real test begins with the g situation in fa
Pretty much happy with everything. I just hope they put the cap space to good use to fill the necessary spots. I still think they should move Barrie and replace him with a cheaper option for every more cap space to use on improving the scoring depth.
I'm concerned about who's added to the Oilers roster in the next 10 days via free agency and trade....Keith and Smith were good in their day but its time for them to move on.....the drafted players are 3-5 years out at best.
Honestly I’m pleasantly surprised Holland showed a bit of creativity to avoid buying out Kassian. I *think* I’m pleased about Keith. But Holland could easily botch everything from here. So I’m reserving judgment.
