OILERS KEEP UP WITH THE JONES

Ain’t that some clever headlining?
According to multiple reports, the Oilers have signed winger Ryan Jones to a two year deal.
"Ryan Jones has decided to forego free agency and instead return to the Edmonton Oilers.
The 26-year-old forward agreed to terms on a two-year contract, the National Hockey League club announced Sunday. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Jones, who could have become an unrestricted free agent on July 1, scored a career-high 18 goals in 81 games last year, placing him in a tie for second with Jordan Eberle, four behind leader Taylor Hall. Jones finished the season with 25 points.
The six-foot-one, 205-pound native of Chatham, Ont., was a fourth-round pick (111th overall) of Nashville in the 2004 NHL entry draft. After spending a year and a half with the Predators, Edmonton claimed him off waivers toward the end of the 2009-10 season.
In 176 career games, Jones has 33 goals and 21 assists for 54 points."
