The Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the Day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our first bet of the day will be taking Evan Bouchard to score 1+ power play point. These odds sit at -125.
This post-season has been a grind for individual game betting, but let’s see if we can get back on track here. This feels like one of the wilder playoffs in terms of scoring I can remember, and offence is coming and going from lots of places.
Today, we’re tapping back into the Bouchard powerplay well here. Two days ago we took a two-unit swing on this bet, and of course, the Oilers didn’t convert on a single powerplay for the first time all playoffs. That, of course, was partially because the Oilers didn’t get a full powerplay for 55 minutes.
Alas, for all the same reasons as before, we’re riding this prop bet again. Bouchard has had a powerplay point in all but one game in this postseason as the Oilers unit has rolled at an incredible rate.
Look for them to get back on track in an important game four against the Vegas Golden Knights tonight.
