Johnston has hit this prop in three of four games so far against the Vegas Golden Knights with game four being the only one he missed. In the games it has cashed, Johnston averaged 4.6 shots on goal and in the series as a whole, he’s taken 20 shot attempts in total.
The Stars are on the ropes right now and every moment of the remainder of this series will see them oozing with desperation. Throughout the year, Johnston has shown his ability to perform in his rookie season, so I like his chances of cashing this prop bet here tonight in what is another do-or-die game for Dallas.
