The Edmonton Oilers three game home stand continues tonight when they host the Montreal Canadiens. The Oilers and Habs have met once already this season with Edmonton coming away with an overtime victory, which set a new franchise record for most wins in a row. The Oilers won’t be setting any franchise long records tonight; however, they will look to get back into the win column after falling 3-2 in overtime to the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday night.
Want your thoughts heard ahead of tonights game? Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin go live on the Oilersnation YouTube channel for Oilersnation Everyday at noon for a Sherwood Ford GIANT Pre game show edition, and they want to hear from you. Leave your questions, comments and concerns in the Charm Diamond Centres YouTube live chat. Also joining Tyler and Liam is Jay Downton, who has returned from his world tour.
Sticking with Sherwood Ford, today’s GIANT question is how long of a leash should the third line have? The guys chatted with Zach Laing about it yesterday but, if the underlying numbers for Adam Henrique, Evander Kane and Connor Brown, how can it be fixed?
Later in the show, they will go over game notes ahead of tonights matchups against Montreal, keys to victory presented by Sherwood Powersports and Marine as well as The Challenge presented by Betway.
