The Edmonton Oilers had Game 1 in the palm of their hands last night, but a third-period collapse gifted the Vancouver Canucks the victory. Now, heading into Game 2, the Oilers have their backs against the one. Luckily for Oilers fans, it’s a position they’ve been in many times before and they’ve found a way to recover.
Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin go live for Oilersnation Everyday at noon only on the Oilersnation YouTube channel. They’ll discuss everything that went down last night in Game 1 between the Oilers and Canucks, both on and off the ice. Want your thoughts on the show? Leave your questions, comments and concerns in the Charm Diamond Centres YouTube live chat throughout the show.
Later in the program, former Edmonton Oiler and NHLer Luke Gazdic joins Tyler and Liam. Gazdic will give his thoughts on the Canucks third-period comeback and what his level of concern is heading into game 2. Additionally, they’ll ask him about Connor McDavid’s linemates with Adam Henrique likely out for game 2 as well. Finally, Gazdic will give his opinion on the Darnell Nurse and Cody Ceci pairing, who were on the ice for three of the five goals against.
Another guest joining the show is former Vancouver Canuck and Washington Capital Aaron Volpatti. Volpatti will give the Canucks perspective and what they need to continue to help beat the Oilers.
Viewers can catch Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin on Oilersnation Everyday on the Oilersnation YouTube Channel. You can also view the show on Twitter and Facebook. After the show has streamed live, you can find it on all your podcast providers.
