The Edmonton Oilers haven’t been the same since returning from the NHL All Star break and last night was no different. Despite leading 2-1 after 20 minutes, the Oilers lost 6-3 to the St Louis Blues after taking eight minor penalties through 60 minutes of play. Connor McDavid had a hand in all three Oilers goals taking his points tally to 80 on the season. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Leon Draisaitl and Corey Perry, his first as an Oiler, all scored in the defeat.
