Monday night was a difficult one to watch. The Edmonton Oilers got thrown around for 60 minutes and looked like a shell of what they typically do. Last night was a completely different story.
The Oilers came out looking to prove a point, and they did. Led by a great performance by Stuart Skinner between the pipes, Edmonton tied the series up at two after beating the Vegas Golden Knights by a 4-1 score. Depth scoring showed up for the team last night with goals from Nick Bjugstad, Evan Bouchard, Mattias Ekholm, and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, his first of the playoffs.
Shawn Belle is on Oilersnation Everyday with Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin to help break down last night’s action. If there is something that you would like to add to the conversation, join Tyler, Liam, and Shawn on the Oilersnation YouTube channel and interact with them in the live chat.
