The Edmonton Oilers grabbed the first blow in their round one series versus the Los Angeles Kings on Monday night. The Oilers offence put seven by the Kings in a 7-2 victory, including three goals from Zach Hyman. That game, Connor McDavid became the first player in over 25 years to collect five assists on one playoff game.
Can the Oilers match that same performance tonight in game two? The puck drops at 8:00 pm mountain time and you’d have to imagine the Kings come out with more fight than earlier in the week. The Oilers are going with the same lineup but the glaring question is who does Los Angeles go with between the pipes?
