The boys are back for a Friday edition of Oilersnation Radio as they sit down for an hour of Oilers talk.

To kick off today’s pod, the guys talked about the news that Oscar Klefbom has officially retired. They talked about his career, which was cut way too short and that led into some talk about the biggest ‘what ifs’ in Oilers history. From draft blunders to major injuries, and poor playoff performances, they debated the butterfly effects that would go with some of these major moments for the franchise.

They then talked a little about when they expect Leon Draisaitl’s contract extension to get done and Liam provided an update on how things are shaking out down at the Hlinka Gretzky Cup. From there, they took some Ask The Idiots questions from the listeners which involved Oilers prospects, PTO options, and what to expect from both Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Zach Hyman next season.

They wrapped up the podcast by talking about how many goals to expect from Connor McDavid next season for our friends at bet365 and they gave out their hot and cold performers of the week.
