For the jersey watchers: Looks like Oilers will be wearing their blue alternates against Winnipeg tomorrow. Have heard from a few sources that the team is lobbying to wear reverse retros more often. As of now, only scheduled to wear them twice more - Feb. 23rd & 25th.

The Edmonton Oilers are lobbying to be allowed to wear their reverse retro jerseys more, TSN 1260’s Tom Gazzola reports.
The Edmonton Oilers were only scheduled to wear their stylish reverse retro’s three times this season and already wore them once. They were a huge success when they wore them on Jan. 30th with many fans clamouring for more out of them.
The Oilers seem to have the least chances to wear them of any team for reasons I don’t quite understand. Nonetheless, I’d love to see the team rocking those threads more.
