Risky Business: Let’s Try That Again

I really hope the Oilers were able to take something away from last night’s loss to the Golden Knights because it doesn’t get much uglier than being shut out at home. Ever the optimist, I’m hoping the Oilers just needed a game to get their legs back underneath them after the all-star break, and that they’ll be much better in the second half of the back-to-back against Chicago. Dare to dream? We be bettin’, fam!
LAST GAME
It is tough to win anything if the team you’re betting on doesn’t score any goals, and that’s exactly what happened to me last night. And it’s not even like I went that heavy on my bets either, but the Oilers just could not get anything done and I was the one to pay for it.

TONIGHT…
The Chicago Blackhawks are a bad hockey team and I see no reason whatsoever that the Oilers shouldn’t be in the mix for a win even with playing last night against Vegas. This is a winnable hockey game. Am I naive? Maybe, but that doesn’t mean I’m wrong.
Player Prop:
Zach Hyman anytime assist at +158
Easy Money:
Over 1.5 goals in the first period for -145
Risky Business:
Evander Kane over 1.5 points at +185
Can’t Miss Parlay:
Seattle over Arizona on the ML, Edmonton over Chicago on the ML for +123
And there you have it. Now that you know what I’m betting on — I threw one unit down on each bet btw — feel free to hit me up in the comments section to let me know what you’re looking at for tonight’s game.
