Does anyone else feel like the all-star break came at the worst time for an Oilers team that was just starting to get rolling again? Either way, they’ve got a big test ahead of them tonight when they take on the Vegas Golden Knights in a Pacific Division matchup as they look to take advantage of some of the games they still have in hand. We be bettin’, fam!

LAST GAME

Before I put my bets down against Washington, I admitted how nervous I was about what we would get from an Oilers team that just lost its second game against the Sens, but to their credit, the boys bounced back with all kinds of piss and vinegar and for that I’m thankful.

I know this isn’t a game the Oilers HAVE TO win, but it’s one that I need them to win to not only move one step closer to a playoff position within the division but also as a means of continuing to build up their confidence. After losing 13 of 15 games for a stretch, the Oilers are playing some solid hockey right now and I’d love nothing more than to see the ball keep rolling.
