<p>If Wednesday&#8217;s game <a href="https://publish.oilersnation.com/2022/11/16/game-17-0-summary-edmonton-oilers-vs-los-angeles-kings/">against LA</a> was important then tonight&#8217;s matchup against Vegas could be even more so. Right now, the Oilers are spinning their wheels a little bit and they desperately need to find some traction, especially against divisional opponents that provide the opportunity for a four-point swing. Not that I&#8217;m trying to make a bigger deal out of one game than we need to at this stage, but I also hate the idea of Edmonton missing out on four huge points in a week when there were only two games.</p>
