A couple weeks back, I asked you guys to print off your very own Mini Chris, take him out into the world, and send in the best pictures you could that featured your favourite tiny intern. As expected, you guys rose to the challenge and I got to spend the past couple weeks self chuckling at the thought of what you guys would come up with for the contest. 
Before we get to the finalists, I want to thank everyone that took the time to print off a Mini Chris and submit an entry. After putting out the Mini Chris concept I left the rules as wide open as possible so that you guys could run with the idea and do as you please. I didn’t want to add a bunch of guidelines that would stifle your creativity. I wanted things to be simple and easy. The result? Some classic Mini Chris poses from around the Nation. Let’s get to the finalists.

THE FINALISTS

1. CHRIS AT THE LAKE
If there’s one thing that Chris loves it’s water sports; canoeing specifically. I assume the genius that submitted this photo must have known of Chris’ love of doing a portage and took this picture near water as a means to channel that love. Bonus points will be awarded for being so excited about the contest that the cut lines were mostly ignored.
2. CHRIS WITH THE GREY CUP
Roughriders gear aside, this picture is amazing! Chris has long dreamed of lacing up his cleats, running a hook pattern, and catching the Grey Cup winning touchdown. Unfortunately, Chris’ genes and general lack of football skills have prevented this dream from ever materializing but at least we get to see what he would have looked like with the Grey Cup within arms reach.
3. CHRIS FOLLOWS THE GRETZKY STATUE
Continuing with Chris’ love of statues, this picture takes us to the door of the company that is refurbishing the Wayne Gretzky statue before his big move to Rogers Place. Unfortunately, the fine folks at Studio West wouldn’t let Mini Chris in the building (smart), but he was knocking at the gates and that’s all that matters. 
4. CHRIS AT CITY HALL
You’ve gotta love this entry as it shows two of Chris’ favourite things at the same time. We already know that Chris loves water sports, but did you know that he also loves municipal government? Don’t believe me? His business card legitimately says that he is the Mayor of Two Hills. Sure, he never won an election or anything, but that small speed bump will never stop Chris from dreaming.
5. SHOOTER CHRIS
If there’s one thing that Chris loves it’s doing shots, and so it would make sense that Mini Chris would follow suit. Unfortunately, Mini Chris’ size would dictate that drinking the amount of liquor featured in this photo would surely result in his drunken death. While some of you may cheer at the idea of Mini Chris perishing in a drunk haze, I think he’s just too adorable to kill off just yet.

  • We’ll pick 5 random contestants to win a Oodle Noodle, Pint GC, or Nation sticker package (whichever you prefer)
Remember, voting is your citizen’s duty and should not to be taken lightly. As always, the voting will take place in the pollz and will continue on until Saturday at noon or until I remember that I was supposed to stop the poll.
