The Sherwood Ford Giant Pre Game Show – Game 26 vs Carolina

Dec 11, 2021, 15:45 ESTUpdated: Dec 11, 2021, 15:40 EST
Can the Oilers finally get back into the win column? We’ll find out tonight as they continue their homestand with a matchup against the Carolina Hurricanes. Tyler and Caroline once again give you everything that you need to get set for the game in today’s Sherwood Ford GIANT Pre Game Show!
To start things off, they looked back at the teams’ loss to the Boston Bruins and talked about what the Oilers need to do differently tonight if they want to get a win against the Hurricanes. It will be another tough test for Edmonton as the Canes have won three in a row and have been a dominant road team this season with a record of 11-3-1. Caroline will also be starting Freddie Andersen between the pipes and he has only allowed 11 goals in his last five starts. Mikko Koskinen is the likely starter for the Oilers.
Tyler also gave his bet of the game, which has hit in back-to-back games. He also talked about the fact that the Oilers have been favourites in 21 of their 25 games this season.
The duo go live every Oilers game day at 1 pm but if you miss it then, you can always catch it on our Youtube:
