Real Life Podcast 25: Rob Brown

This week former NHLer and current Oilers analyst joined the boys to discuss the playoffs, what is causing Jordan Eberle’s offensive struggles and much more.

Brown knows offence. He holds the record for most points in a WHL season, 212 in only 63 games, he had four 107+ point seasons in the IHL and 115 points in the NHL.

Brown is very funny and had some great stories about Ken Hitchcock, Marc Bergevin and more.

Any player in the Oilers system would go into the hard areas against the Ducks and take some bumps and bruises for a chance to go to the 3rd round and a good chance to win the Stanley Cup. They would gladly do this, probably even for a lot less than $6,000,000.00. Ebs has to get his head out of his butt and do it for the TEAM. Don’t forget that eventually bumps and bruises heal and the Stanley Cup win lasts forever.
