Baggedmilk on #theLOCKERROOM: If Patrick Kane is Plan A then who is Plan B?

Happy Wednesday, Internet friends, and welcome to yet another chapter of your ol’ pal Baggedmilk’s adventures in radio. As I do every week, I jumped on the air with the boys on The Locker Room for a quick segment to talk about the Oilers while also offering my takes on anything else that’s going on in the world.

To kick off this week’s segment, we got started with a look at Friday’s Oilersnation Open and how it was an amazing day out at Cat Tail Crossing, punctuated by the incredible participants that were able to join us. From the course being in spectacular shape to the weather being absolutely perfect, the fourth annual ONO was a smashing success and we’re already incredibly excited to do it all again next year. Bringing things back to the Oilers, we dove into the Patrick Kane rumours that just won’t stop right now and I offered my takes on whether I think Ken Holland could actually make this deal happen. Personally, I think most of this smoke is a product of the mid-August need for eyeballs and would be stunned to see a Kane trade actually happen, but we’ve all seen weird moves happen before so we’ll just have to wait, I suppose. Either way, it is fun to imagine what the Oilers’ offence would look like if they were able to add another 90+ point guy into the lineup.
