Oilersnation Radio: Rick is a model, Jay Woodcroft is too, and Edmonton Oilers training camp updates

We’re less than two weeks away from the start of the NHL season and that means the boys have plenty to talk about on the brand new episode of Oilersnation Radio. On today’s show, we’re talkin’ about Rick’s new job, handsome Jay Woodcroft, hitting the halfway point of the pre-season, and anything else we can think of from Oilers training camp.

To kick off this week’s podcast, we got this week’s show started with a look at the pre-season and what specifically everyone will be watching the most. With a handful of jobs available, there are still plenty of reasons to watch the last couple of weeks even though the games are incredibly boring. Changing gears, we had some fun with Rick after his face appeared outside of Rogers Place this past week as a major part of the team’s official marketing. Speaking of handsomeness, we also looked at Jay Woodcroft being named the most handsome coach in the NHL even though the data required to come up with this list doesn’t quite make sense. Either way, we had a great time talking about how this happened. Lastly, we wrapped up this week’s podcast with another round of Ask the Idiots and Hot and Cold performers.
