Thursday has landed on your calendar and that means the boys from the Real Life Podcast are back with a brand new episode to help you get through the rest of your week. On today’s podcast, the guys looked at the new Kanye documentary, the Oilers rolling, Super Bowl halftime shows, and a whole lot more.
Kicking off this week’s podcast, it got started with Baggedmilk flexing about how his podcast has grown beyond anything he expected it would. After the bragging wrapped up, the conversation turned back to Yaremchuk’s trip to Vegas since Wanye hadn’t heard any of the stories yet. Changing gears, the podcast turned, to the new Kanye West documentary that hit Netflix and how it was exactly what Wanye was looking for in his constant pursuit of hip hop content. Sticking with rap, Wanye and Chalmers gave their takes on the Super Bowl halftime show and how it was an amazing dose of nostalgia. That led to the guys taking swings at who will perform at next year’s game. Would the NFL want to go back to hip hop based on how well things went this year? Would they change gears and go back to an old rock band? Turning back to the Edmonton Oilers, Chalmers wanted to know why the team keeps going back to the well with Mikko Koskinen rather than running with Stuart Skinner, who was just sent back to the Condors this past week.
