A new week is here and that means the gang from the Real Life Podcast is back with a brand new episode to help you get through what’s left of your Monday. On today’s podcast, the guys looked at the Oilers fighting for their lives against the Avalanche, what to expect from a do-or-die Game 4, and a whole lot more.
To kick things off, the guys got the podcast started with a chat about Game 3 and how it was extremely disappointing that the Oilers dropped a third straight game despite playing well enough to win. Regardless of our feelings on how things went, the reality is that the Oilers are in a tough spot now and will need to be at their best if they’re going to extend this series at all. One thing is for sure, there is no way that Edmonton wants to have the handshake lineup in their own building and that could lead to a very desperate hockey club. Changing gears, the guys revealed more details for the Nation Vacation to Toronto that’s set to take place in August and how everyone is excited to head to Ontario for a weekend like we’ve never done before. If you’ve never been to a baseball or pro soccer game before, we absolutely recommend that you join the boys on this trip. Lastly, the guys wrapped up the Monday episode of Real Life with a look at some of the other events that are happening in Edmonton, including a look at the Riverhawks and Stingers seasons as both teams are giving Edmontonians plenty of reasons to check them out.
