We’re midway through the week and that means your ol’ pal Baggedmilk jumped on the air with the boys at The Locker Room to talk about what’s going on in the NHL, life, and the world of sports.
To kick off today’s appearance, we got started with a look at Edmonton as Lochlin asked me about my favourite parts of the city. Outside of the strangeness that is 2020, Edmonton is a fantastic place to live and I found it easy to rattle off a few of the things that make summers in our city fantastic. Changing gears back to hockey, we looked at the neverending saga that is the NHL’s decision to name its hub cities. As we approach the next steps of their return to play plan that’s set to move into phase 3 in July, we still don’t know where the 24-team playoff tournament will be held and it has me wondering what’s taking so long. We also looked at the list of NHLers that tested positive for COVID-19 late last week and whether or not those positive tests will affect hockey’s return.
