The Oilers put in about 10 minutes of good hockey on Thursday night ultimately losing to the Philadelphia Flyers 2-1 in a shootout. Edmonton looked sloppy and uninterested in the game, and couldn&#8217;t be bothered to turn it on until the final 10 minutes of the game. It was about as good of game as they played all night.

It took a while for the Oilers to respond, but it was ultimately Evander Kane who scored marking his third tally in his last three games. It was a great shot by him through a screen and you can sense his confidence is coming back.
The Oilers (kind of) scored with a little under 12 minutes left in the third when Zach Hyman appeared to score. The only issue? It was deemed goaltender interference when Warren Foegele crashed into Carter Hart. A close one, to say the least.
