If you need plans for this weekend, you can cross both Saturday and Sunday off your list as we’ll have a booth set up at the Summit Show at Millennium Place in Sherwood Park. If you’ve been procrastinating on picking up all the NationGear you’ve always wanted, this will be your chance to grab the gear that you’ve always wanted.
The Summit Show is the biggest sports memorabilia show in Western Canada and we’re happy to be setting up a booth for the third consecutive year. If you’ve never been to the Summit Show before just think of it like the world’s greatest garage sale for all things sports. There are merch tables/former NHLers signing autographs/card vendors/artists/hockey historians/you name it and you’ll find it scattered along one of the soccer fields at Millennium Place. Basically, if you’re into sports memorabilia this show is as good of an excuse as you’ll ever need to leave the house. Check out the show link if you need details on getting there, tickets, etc.
As a bonus offer, the fine folks at the Summit Show have also included two for one coupon for a weekend pass that you can pick up at any Oodle Noodle location.

ADAPTABILITIES

One of the coolest things that you’ll see at this year’s Summit Show is the inclusion of some very special young athletes from Adaptabilities. These stars of tomorrow will be signing autographs and taking pictures on both Saturday and Sunday and we encourage you to swing by the Adaptabilities booth to check it out. What is Adaptabilities?
We provide caring, understanding and structured environments for children and adults with special needs.
We believe that every person has the right to an enriched life – making choices for themselves, having equal opportunities as others, contributing to and belonging in their own communities.  This is how we have come to deliver our services.
We are committed to building long lasting relationships with our families through a human rights approach. We aim to be recognized as a leading provider of exceptional supports on which families and their children can depend.
Adaptabilities is a great cause and promotes inclusion for everyone that wants to play sports. From where I blog, there is nothing cooler than this and I can assure you that I will be rushing to get all six of these kids’ player cards. Maybe I’ll even do some scouting for the Oilers because, from what I hear, both Jenna and Austin have the kind of hands we need around here.

COME SEE US

If you’ve been wanting NationGear but don’t want to wait for Chris the Intern to ship it to you, this is the event for you. Not only are we bringing basically everything we have at Nation HQ we’re also discounting some classic designs that we’re looking to blow out. I should also mention that we only have limited quantities on all the items and procrastination will not your friend here. If you’re in the area, and want to score some gear, swing by Millennium Place in Sherwood Park this weekend to make it happen.
Plan your lives and wardrobe space accordingly.
