Oilersnation Pre-Game Podcast – Game Two vs Vancouver

Jan 14, 2021, 17:00 ESTUpdated: Jan 14, 2021, 16:54 EST
Isn’t fun to be stressing about the Oilers again? After one game, some fans are already hitting the panic button ahead of their second game against the Vancouver Canucks. On today’s Pre-Game Podcast, I try to pull some positives from last night’s loss and go through what the Oilers need to do better tonight. I actually think there are some reasons to believe that the Oilers will bounceback really nicely tonight and I explain my thinking today on the pod.
There are a handful of players who should be highly motivated to make an impact tonight and I personally think the fact that the Oilers are the home team for a second straight night gives them a bit of an advantage. I know there aren’t any fans, but I still believe that being in your own rink still holds a bit of value. The starting goaltenders are going to be different for both teams tonight as well and we could see a few lineup changes tonight for the Oilers.
