<p>For the second time in under one week, the Oilers edged out the Kings. The Oilers rolled into Los Angeles and pulled off a 3-1 win, ultimately jumping the Kings into second place in the Pacific Division standings in the process. This was Edmonton&#8217;s final meeting with Los Angeles during the regular season. The two teams split their season series with two wins each.</p>
<h2>The Predators beat the Golden Knights 3-2 in OT</h2>
<p>Following a huge win in Minnesota over the Wild on Monday night, the Golden Knights were back in action again on Tuesday in Nashville. The Predators scored two goals in the first period, the Golden Knights battled back with two in the second frame, and Nashville wound up winning in overtime as Cody Glass scored the game-winner against his former club.</p>

<h2>The Kraken beat the Canucks 5-2</h2>
<p>Also on the second leg of a back-to-back, the Kraken went from pounding the Arizona Coyotes by a score of 8-1 in Seattle on Monday to handily beating the Canucks by a score of 5-2 in Vancouver on Tuesday. The Canucks jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first period but the Kraken scored five unanswered goals to earn the win.</p>
<h2>The Blackhawks beat the Flames 4-3</h2>
<p>The Flames&#8217; playoff hopes took a major hit on Tuesday night as they got dropped one home ice by the basement-dwelling Chicago Blackhawks. Some former Oilers led the way for the Blackhawks as Andreas Athanasiou scored twice and Jujhar Khaira scored once in the win.</p>

<p>Edmonton has a fairly light schedule the rest of the way but they&#8217;re going to need some help if they want to jump over Vegas in the standings.</p>
