<p>I&#8217;m going to be completely honest here and admit how poorly my betting game was on <a href="https://publish.oilersnation.com/2023/02/12/game-54-0-recap-edmonton-oilers-at-montreal-canadiens/">Sunday against the Montreal Canadiens</a>. Not only did the Oilers get embarrassed by a not-so-great hockey team, but they caused all of us bettors to lose our shirts in the process. Needless to say, the boys will have to be a whole lot better in tonight&#8217;s rematch against the Detroit Red Wings. Instead of sitting back and waiting for the game to happen, they need to get back to pushing the pace and forcing the opponent to play Edmonton&#8217;s game rather than the other way around. And as we saw last week in Detroit, this is a Red Wings team that is beatable provided that our side can play as a unit instead of whatever was going on on Sunday morning. Personally, I&#8217;m feeling pretty good about this one.</p>
