One of my favourite Nation events of the year is coming back this August, which means it’s time to start putting together your foursomes for the 9th annual Nation Golf Tournament.
On Friday, August 28th, we’re taking over the Millwoods Golf Course for another day on the links in support of Gregor’s Grads, and I already cannot wait for everyone to get together for a great day of golf, laughs, and shenanigans. I mean, is there a better way to kick off a weekend than by taking a Friday off work? No. That’s the answer. This year, the tourney gets going with a 9 a.m. shotgun start, and if past years have taught me anything, it will not take long at all for the teams to start turning the day into their own.
As much as I love jumping on my cart and cruising around, the best part of the Nation Golf Tourney is seeing the community show up ready for a good time in support of an amazing cause. Every year, I have great conversations with Nation Citizens who found us in different ways, and it’s always amazing to see how far the reach of this little website has gone over the last 20 years. Some have been reading the site forever, some listen to podcasts, some watch the shows, and some got dragged out by a buddy who promised them it would be a good time. No matter how anyone ends up joining us, the result is always a course full of Nation citizens having the best time ever together.
And while playing a round of golf is the excuse we’re all using to meet up in Millwoods, the reason the day matters is the money we’re raising for Gregor’s Grads.
If you’ve played in the tournament before, you already know how much this charity means to Jason Gregor and how much of an impact it can have on the young men it supports. The idea of getting these kids new grads suits is a simple one, but the impact it makes every year is truly special. Helping young men get suited up for the first time gives them confidence, pride, and a chance to feel their best on a day that should be special. And hearing Jason talk about why this matters so much is a great reminder that even though we’re spending the day golfing and messing around, the money raised goes toward something that truly makes a difference.
Over the years, we’ve raised 10s of thousands of dollars for Gregor’s Grads, and I cannot wait to watch him give his speech again, knowing there will be another group of deserving grads who will be getting decked out in fresh suits because of this tournament. The only reason we’re able to keep throwing these events is because of the support from the community, and I know that this year’s tournament will be no different. This year, early bird foursome pricing is available for $1,100 before the regular foursome pricing kicks in at $1,300, and solo spots are $350. If you’re interested, we’ll also have auction teams available with ONE, Real Life, and The Sauce, which gives you a chance to play on a team with some familiar Nation faces for the day.

Shut up and give me the details!

I’m sure you’ve had enough of my rambling about why you should be at this golf tournament at this point, so I’ll just shut my mouth and give you the details you need to know.
  • When – August 28th, 2026 (Friday) with a 9 AM start
  • Where – Mill Woods Golf Course
  • How much – $1300/team, Single Entries are also available
  • Teams – Groups of Four (4)
  • How – Book your team here
After you wrap up your round, a banquet will be held in the clubhouse where we’ll all enjoy a dinner together to make sure that the temple is fed for rest of the weekend. Not only will you enjoy a delicious meal, but we’ll also be giving away a bunch of prizes during the banquet to supplement all of the hole activations that will be happening on the course.
If you’re thinking about playing, now is the time to get your group sorted and lock in your spot. Whether you’re coming out to win the whole thing, spend a Friday with your buddies, support Gregor’s Grads, or simply enjoy another day with the Nation community, I can promise you this is a golf tourney you’ll want to be at. The Nation Golf Tournament is always one of the best days we get to put together, and I can’t wait to do it all again on August 28th out at Millwoods Gold Course.
