The tough part of the road trip is over for the Oilers. They went head-to-head with the three best teams in the Eastern Conference and while they managed to walk away with only one win, I think most Oilers fans are okay with that considering the quality of their opponents and the way that the team played. Now, they need to start racking up wins. Their next three opponents are all well out of playoff contention and none of them have more than five wins in their last ten games. This important stretch starts tonight with a matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. Caroline and I get you set for the game with another Sherwood Ford GIANT Pre Game Show!

The Flyers are an incredibly average team that has really struggled to stay healthy this season. They’re just 3-5-2 in their last ten and have an abysmal home record of 9-13-5. This is a game that the Edmonton Oilers absolutely must win. We went through the line combos, keys to victory, and I had my betting report!
