The Edmonton Oilers are looking for their sixth win in a row tonight when they take on the Minnesota Wild. The Wild’s season has been similar to the Oilers, with both teams failing to live up to expectations, resulting in the firing of the head coach.
The last night these two teams met was a close encounter through the first two periods. However, the Oilers allowed Minnesota to score five goals in the third period, giving the Wild a 7-4 victory. In that game, Warren Foegele scored a pair of goals along with Evan Bouchard and Evander Kane.
Things are different now for Edmonton; hopefully, that trend continues tonight.
