Kicking off the Tuesday episode, we got started with a conversation about the hilarious overreaction that happened on the weekend when the Oilers chose to waive Raphael Lavoie due to salary cap constraints. From there, we offered up our season predictions ahead of the 2023-24 NHL season as the Edmonton Oilers get set to kick off their campaign tomorrow night against the Vancouver Canucks. We looked ahead at the season opener against the Canucks and how the Oilers still have a few question marks ahead of tomorrow&#8217;s game. Will Ekholm play? Will Kulak play? How will Ryan McLeod look after being forced to miss the entire pre-season with injury?
