He&#8217;s played for the Stars, Anaheim Ducks, and, most recently, the Columbus Blue Jackets. Shore&#8217;s best season offensively came in his rookie year in 2016-17 with Dallas when he posted 13 goals and 33 points.

If Khaira struggles and Haas doesn&#8217;t get back up to shape quickly, Shore will provide the team with a quality veteran option to fill into that role, which is probably better than throwing a rookie in Ryan McLeod into the deep end.
