The offseason rolls on for our beloved Oilers and another Wednesday on the calendar meant another chance for your boy to jump on the radio with the guys from The Locker Room to discuss all things hockey and life in general.
To kick off this week’s segment, we jumped in with a look at some of our favourite smells, including foods, rain, fresh breads, and everything in between. For me, my favourite smells always revolve around food and we’re actually heading into one of the best seasons of the year for massive meals right away and I could not be more excited. Back to hockey, we looked at the strangeness of the Stanley Cup finals still happening in late September when we would normally be gearing up for a new season right about now. Yet, with so many unknowns in regards to COVID-19, we still have no idea when the next season is even going to start. Back to the Cup finals, we also discussed whether or not we could think of a more boring matchup for the NHL than the Dallas Stars and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
