<p>Happy Wednesday, Internet friends, and welcome to yet another chapter of your ol’ pal Baggedmilk’s adventures in radio. As I do every week, I jumped on the air with the boys on The Locker Room for a quick segment to talk about the Oilers while also offering my takes on anything else that’s going on in the world.</p>
<p>To kick off this week’s segment, we got started with a look at the Young Stars tournament that&#8217;s coming up in Penticton midway through the month and how the excitement around the pre-camp tourney has changed over the years. Gone are the days of first overall picks grabbing the headlines and jumping straight into the Oilers&#8217; lineup, but that doesn&#8217;t mean there aren&#8217;t still plenty of prospects to watch. From there we looked at the start of the NHL season lingering just around the corner and how excited I am to get up and running after what can only be described as a rollercoaster campaign. Lastly, we wrapped up this week&#8217;s segment with a look at our latest <a href="https://publish.oilersnation.com/2022/09/06/were-going-to-las-vegas-for-another-nationvacation-and-youre-all-invited-to-join-us/">#NationVacation to Las Vegas</a> after we launched details for the trip yesterday afternoon.
