Happy Wednesday, Internet friends, and welcome to yet another chapter of your ol’ pal Baggedmilk’s adventures in radio. As I do every week, I jumped on the air with the boys on The Locker Room for a quick segment to talk about the Oilers while also offering my takes on anything else that’s going on in the world.

To kick off this week’s segment, we got started with a look at the Young Stars tournament that’s coming up in Penticton midway through the month and how the excitement around the pre-camp tourney has changed over the years. Gone are the days of first overall picks grabbing the headlines and jumping straight into the Oilers’ lineup, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t still plenty of prospects to watch. From there we looked at the start of the NHL season lingering just around the corner and how excited I am to get up and running after what can only be described as a rollercoaster campaign. Lastly, we wrapped up this week’s segment with a look at our latest #NationVacation to Las Vegas after we launched details for the trip yesterday afternoon. I mean, who wouldn’t want a mid-winter getaway?
