Oilersnation Radio: The gang is bummed out about the Oilers

Tuesday means a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio is wrapped up and ready to get you through the middle portion of your week. Given that the team dropped another heartbreaking loss last night in Vancouver, the boys were in poor spirits, to say the least.
Kicking off the podcast, we got started with a delicious debate about whether or not Jack Campbell hitting the waiver wire was the right move. Obviously, things could not be going worse for this team, but is Soup being the sacrificial lamb even fair? We also wondered if this lack of goaltending and defensive lapses would result in the coach losing his job. Sticking with Woodcroft for a moment, watching him get kicked out was really something given that it was the first time that’s happened to an Oilers coach since February of 1983. Working through the 6-2 loss to Vancouver, we tried to figure out how the Oilers could start so well only to have the rest of the game collapse around them. Normally, Oilers fans are clamouring for better starts, but this year, those haven’t been a problem so much as what happens for the remaining 50 minutes. Lastly, we wrapped up the Tuesday episode of Oilersnation Radio with Woz’s signature segment, ‘Can You Clear This Up For Me?’ to see if we can help make sense of what the hell is happening.
